Common use of Indemnify Landlord Clause in Contracts

Indemnify Landlord. The Tenant shall indemnify the Landlord against all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, proceedings, damages, Losses, costs and expenses arising directly or indirectly from or incidental to the use or occupation of the Premises the execution of alterations, additions or repairs to the Premises any non-compliance by the Tenant with its obligations under this Agreement, or any other act, default, neglect or omission by the Tenant, its employees, contractors, servants, agents, licensees, visitors or invitees.
