Common use of Indemnify and Hold Harmless Clause in Contracts

Indemnify and Hold Harmless. ‌ The Union and each home care worker agree to indemnify and hold harmless from all claims, demands, suits or other forms of liability that shall arise against the Employer for or on account of any deduction made from the pay of any home care worker based on information from the Union and home care worker.
