Common use of Inconsistency Clause in Contracts

Inconsistency. In the event of any inconsistency between any of the following documents, the relevant document first listed below shall govern: (i) a Confirmation; (ii) the Schedule; (iii) the ISDA Definitions; and (iv) the printed form of ISDA Master Agreement.

In the event of any inconsistency between provisions contained in the 2006 Definitions and the Commodity Definitions, the Commodity Definitions shall prevail.

In the event of any inconsistency between any of the following documents, the relevant document first listed below shall govern: (i) a Confirmation; (ii) the Schedule; (iii) the ISDA Definitions; and (iv) the printed form of ISDA Master Agreement, dated as of the date hereof between Xxxxxx and the Counterparty.

In the event of any inconsistency between any of the following documents, the relevant document first listed below shall govern: (i) a Confirmation; (ii) the Schedule; (iii) the ISDA 1991 Definitions, the Equity Definitions or the FX Definitions; and (iv) the printed form of ISDA Master Agreement.
