Home offices. The company recognizes that its present offices are too small. Partners may be required by the Company to set up a home office. If this happens, the Company will pay directly the cost of furnishing such office and will pay a home office allowance to cover normal operating expenses. Such leave, if granted, shall be for a period of one (1) calendar year (in the case of the Union President, two (2) calendar years) from the date of appointment unless extended for a further specific period by agreement of the parties.
