Common use of Health Education Clause in Contracts

Health Education. The MCO must routinely, but no less frequently than annually, remind and encourage the Members to utilize benefits including physical examinations which are available and designed to prevent illness. The MCO shall keep a record of all activities it has conducted to satisfy this requirement.
