Hazardous Chemicals. The Exhibitor shall not bring upon the premises any exhibit, equipment or vehicle that, in the judgment of the OCCC, would be, or might be, dangerous to persons or property, or otherwise incompatible with the structure, systems and furnishings of the building. Hazardous chemicals and materials, including, but not limited to, pesticides, herbicides, poisons, flammable and combustible liquids, hazardous gases, pressure cylinders and tanks, and hazardous chemicals (including oxidizers) are prohibited inside the OCCC. • The Exhibitor is responsible for the removal of all hazardous waste and must comply with all applicable federal, state and local regulations. Hazardous waste includes materials that are ignitable, corrosive, reactive, toxic or a biohazard (as defined under 40 CFR 261 subpart C and D). If materials are questionable, contact OCCC Exhibitor Services for more information. Costs or applicable administrative expenses incurred by the OCCC for the removal of hazardous waste left in, or about, the OCCC will be assessed to the Exhibitor.

Upon the ESD's request, Contractor shall immediately provide Materials Safety Data Sheets pursuant to OAR 437-004-9800.

The City and Contractor shall exchange material safety data sheets, label information, and instructions for precautionary measures for hazardous chemicals kept at the Premises by the City or used for the Work by Contractor. The City may prohibit use of particular hazardous chemicals.

Hazardous Chemicals. Not to keep or permit to be kept or used on the Demised Premises any chemical fluids or materials of a dangerous or explosive nature, the keeping of which may contravene any statute or regulation or by-law or constitute a nuisance to the Lessor or the occupiers of neighbouring property.
Hazardous Chemicals. Property Manager shall require its contractors to (i) keep at the Property for Owner’s review a periodically updated report that lists any chemicals which are used at the Property by any contractor, subcontractor, vendor or other supplier in connection with the work on the Project, and includes data on each chemical (the report shall identify the product, manufacturer, chemical contents, known hazards, quantity stored on or off the Project and monthly consumption rate); (ii) implement procedures for the storage in a safe and secure location and disposal of any hazardous and toxic materials in accordance with applicable statutes, rules and regulations; (iii) monitor and file water treatment test results as required by applicable statutes, rules and regulations and maintain a copy at Project for Owner’s review; (iv) adhere to Owner’s asbestos, PCB and hazardous and toxic materials operation and management practices and procedures, if any; (v) comply with OSHA Hazard Communications Standard and the Toxic Substance Control Act reporting and record-keeping standards, to the extent applicable to the Project; and (vi) in the event of a reportable spill of a hazardous substance or oil, contact the appropriate governmental agencies and notify Owner.
Hazardous Chemicals. Tenant is permitted to use and store the following list of chemicals, provided such storage is done using industry standard practices. This list may be updated on an annual basis, by written notice from Tenant to Landlord.
