Common use of Gross Floor Area Clause in Contracts

Gross Floor Area. The total floor area of the Project buildings measured using the perimeter dimensions of the building shells and calculated in accordance with the ASTM International Standard Classification for Building Floor Area Measurements for Facility Management – E-1236M-09e1. Laws: Applicable statutes, acts, rules, regulations, requirements, orders, directions, ordinances, judgments, decrees, and injunctions of or by the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and any political subdivisions of either of them.
