Grievance Discussion. It is understood and agreed that the xxxxxxx and the aggrieved employee shall discuss and prepare grievance during non-working hours. However, the xxxxxxx and the aggrieved employee shall not suffer a loss of pay for the time necessarily lost from work for the purpose of discussion of a potential grievance with the supervisor.
Grievance Discussion. A regular employee or employee representative will be unimpeded and free from restraint, discrimination, interference, or reprisal in seeking appropriate adjustment of a grievance provided, however, that an employee's representative may not participate in an informal discussion with the supervisor as required prior to the filing of a formal written grievance.
Grievance Discussion. 1. Nothing in this Article shall preclude a Professional Employee from discussing a grievance with his/her principal or immediate supervisor in an effort to informally resolve a grievance.
Grievance Discussion. An employee who feels that he/she has a grievance may, as soon as reasonably possible, discuss it with his/her immediate supervisor and union xxxxxxx. The employee's immediate manager shall answer the grievance as soon as possible, but no later than at the end of the next scheduled work shift of the aggrieved employee. Settlements made in this step of the grievance procedure shall have no precedent value.
