Common use of Grant of Equity Call Option and Assets Call Option Clause in Contracts

Grant of Equity Call Option and Assets Call Option. 2.1. The Existing Shareholders hereby severally and jointly agree to irrevocably and unconditionally grant an exclusive Equity Call Option to the WFOE, according to which the WFOE may, to the extent permitted under the PRC Law and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, request the Existing Shareholders to transfer the Option Equity Interest to the WFOE or its designated entity or individual. The WFOE agrees to accept such Equity Call Option.
