Common use of Governmental Regulations Clause in Contracts

Governmental Regulations. Tenant shall, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, comply with all of the requirements of all city, county, municipal, state, federal and other applicable governmental authorities, now in force, or which may hereafter be in force, pertaining to signs, installations, repairs and business operations in the Leased Premises and shall faithfully observe all statutes now in force or which may hereafter be in force.

Governmental Regulations. Tenant shall, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, comply with all of the requirements of all city, county, municipal, state, federal and all other applicable governmental authorities, authorities now in force, or which may hereafter be in force, pertaining to signssaid leased premises, installations, repairs and business operations in the Leased Premises and shall faithfully observe in the use of the leased premises all municipal and county ordinances and state and federal statutes now in force or which may hereafter be in force.

Governmental Regulations. Tenant shall, at At the Tenant's ’s sole cost and expense, the Tenant shall comply with all of the requirements of all city, county, municipal, stateprovincial, federal and other applicable governmental authorities, now in force, or which may hereafter be in force, pertaining to signsthe Premises, installations, repairs and business operations in the Leased Premises and shall faithfully observe in the use of the Premises all municipal by-laws and provincial and federal statutes and regulations now in force or which may hereafter be in force.

Governmental Regulations. Tenant shall, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, comply with all of the requirements requirement of all city, county, municipal, state, federal and or other applicable governmental authorities, now in force, or which may hereafter be in force, pertaining to signsthe Tenant's use of the said premises, installations, repairs and business operations in the Leased Premises and shall faithfully observe in the use of the premises all municipal and county ordinance and state and federal statutes now in force force, or which may hereafter be in force.

Governmental Regulations. Tenant shall, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, comply with all of the requirements of all the city, county, municipal, state, federal and other applicable governmental authorities, now in force, or which may hereafter be in force, pertaining to signsthe Premises, installations, provided Tenant is not required to make structural repairs and business operations in the Leased Premises or alterations and shall faithfully observe in the use of the Premises all municipal and county ordinances and state and federal statutes now in force or which may hereafter be in force.

Governmental Regulations. Tenant shall, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, comply with all of the requirements of all cityfederal, state, county, municipal, state, federal municipal and other applicable governmental authorities, now in force, or which may hereafter be in force, pertaining to signsthe said leased premises, installations, repairs and business operations in the Leased Premises and shall faithfully observe in the use of the leased premises all statutes federal and state statutes, and county and municipal ordinances now in force or which may hereafter be in force.

Tenant shallwill, at Tenant's ’s sole cost and expense, promptly comply with all of the requirements of all city, county, municipal, state, federal and other applicable governmental authorities, authorities now in force, or which may hereafter be in force, pertaining to signs, installations, repairs and business operations the Leased Premises. Tenant will faithfully observe in the use of the Leased Premises all municipal and shall faithfully observe all statutes county codes, regulations and ordinances and state and federal statutes, codes and regulations now in force or which may hereafter be in force.

Tenant shall, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, comply with all of the requirements of all city, county, municipal, state, federal and other applicable governmental authorities, now in force, or which may hereafter be in force, pertaining to signsthe said Premises, installations, repairs and business operations in the Leased Premises and shall faithfully observe in the use of the Premises all municipal and county ordinances and state and federal statutes and all applicable rules and regulations now in force or which may hereafter be in force.

Governmental Regulations. Tenant shall, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, comply with all of the requirements requirements, statutes, and ordinances of all city, county, municipal, state, federal and other applicable governmental authoritiesauthorities having jurisdiction, now in force, force or which may hereafter be in force, pertaining to signs, installations, repairs and business operations in Tenant's occupancy of the Leased Premises and shall faithfully observe all statutes now in force or which may hereafter be in forceuse of the Leased Premises for general office purposes.

The Tenant shall, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, comply with all of the requirements of all city, county, municipal, state, federal and other applicable governmental authorities, now in force, or which may hereafter be in force, pertaining to signsthe Leased Premises, installations, repairs and business operations shall faithfully observe in the use of the Leased Premises and shall faithfully observe the Shopping Center all municipal and county ordinances and state and federal statutes now in force or which may hereafter hereinafter be in force.

Tenant shall, at Tenant's ’s sole cost and expense, comply with all of the requirements of all city, county, municipal, state, federal and other applicable governmental authorities, now in force, or which may hereafter be in force, pertaining to signs, installations, repairs and business operations in the said Leased Premises and the Access Tract, and shall faithfully observe in the use of the Leased Premises all municipal and county ordinances and state and federal statutes now in force or which may hereafter be in force.

Tenant shall, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, comply with all of the requirements of all city, county, municipal, state, federal and other applicable governmental authorities, now in force, or which may hereafter be in force, pertaining to signs, installations, repairs and business operations in the operation of the Leased Premises and shall faithfully observe all statutes now in force or which may hereafter be in forcePremises.

Tenant shall, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, comply with and faithfully observe, all of the requirements of all city, county, municipal, state, federal and other applicable governmental authorities, now in force, or which may hereafter be in force, pertaining to signs, installations, repairs and business operations in the Leased Premises and shall faithfully observe all statutes now in force or which may hereafter be in forcethe use thereof.

Governmental Regulations. Tenant shall, at Tenant's sole ------------------------ cost and expense, comply with all of the requirements of all city, county, municipal, state, federal laws, orders, ordinances and any other applicable governmental requirements of all government authorities, now in force, or which may hereafter be in force, pertaining to signs, installations, repairs and business operations in the Leased Premises Premises, and shall faithfully observe in the use and occupancy of the Leased Premises, all municipal and county ordinances and state and federal statutes now in force or which may hereafter be in force.

Governmental Regulations. Tenant shall, at Tenant's ’s sole cost and expense, comply with all of the requirements of all city, county, municipal, state, federal and other applicable governmental authorities, now in force, force or which may hereafter be in force, pertaining to signsthe said Leased Premises, installations, repairs and business operations in the Leased Premises and shall faithfully observe in the use of the premises all municipal and county ordinances and state and federal statutes now in force or which may hereafter be in force. Landlord shall be responsible for the cost of such requirements if such requirements are not the result of Tenant’s occupancy.
