Common use of Governmental Authority Clause in Contracts

Governmental Authority. “Governmental Authority” means any federal, state, municipal, foreign or other government, governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality, or any private or public court or tribunal.

As used in this Agreement, “Governmental Authority” means any federal, statestate or local domestic or foreign governmental, municipalregulatory or self-regulatory authority, foreign agency, court, tribunal, commission or other governmentgovernmental, governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency regulatory or instrumentality, or any private or public court or tribunalself-regulatory entity.

Governmental Authority. The term “Governmental AuthorityGOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY” means any federalnation or government, state, municipal, foreign any state or other governmentpolitical subdivision thereof and any municipality, governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality, or any private or public court or tribunalother entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of or pertaining to government.

Governmental Authority. “Governmental Authority” means any federallocal, state, municipalregional, foreign federal or other governmentnational administrative, governmental departmentlegal, judicial or executive agency, commission, board, bureau, agency department or instrumentality, or any private or public court or tribunalother governmental entity.

Governmental Authority. “Governmental Authority” means shall mean any and all foreign, federal, state, municipal, foreign state or other governmentlocal governments, governmental departmentinstitutions, commissionpublic authorities and governmental entities of any nature whatsoever, boardand any subdivisions or instrumentalities thereof, bureauincluding, agency but not limited to, departments, boards, bureaus, commissions, agencies, courts, administrations and panels, and any division or instrumentalityinstrumentalities thereof, whether permanent or any private ad hoc and whether now or public court hereafter constituted or tribunalexisting.

Governmental Authority. “Governmental Authority” means shall mean the government of any federalnation, state, municipalcity, foreign locality or other governmentpolitical subdivision thereof, governmental departmentany multinational organization, commissionand any entity exercising executive, boardlegislative, bureaujudicial, agency regulatory or instrumentality, administrative functions of or pertaining to government and any private or public court or tribunalexecutive official thereof.

Governmental Authority. “Governmental Authority” means any domestic or foreign, federal, state, municipalcounty or local governmental or public agency, foreign or other government, governmental departmentinstrumentality, commission, boardauthority or self-regulatory organization, bureau, agency board or instrumentality, or any private or public court or tribunalbody.

Governmental Authority. “Governmental Authority” means shall mean any applicable supranational, federal, national, regional, state, municipalprovincial, foreign or other governmentlocal governmental or Regulatory Authority, governmental agency, department, bureau, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentalitycouncil, or any private other entities in the Territory regulating or public court or tribunalotherwise exercising authority with respect to the activities contemplated in this Agreement.

Governmental Authority. “The term "Governmental Authority” means Authority shall mean any U.S. federal, state, municipal, state or local or any foreign or other government, governmental authority, regulatory or administrative agency, governmental commission, court or tribunal (or any department, commission, board, bureau, agency bureau or instrumentality, division thereof) or any private or public court or tribunalarbitral body.
