Common use of Government Agency Clause in Contracts

Government Agency. The term “Government Agency” shall mean any legislative body, court, agency, authority, board (including, without limitation, health and long term care, environmental protection, planning and zoning), bureau, commission, department, office or instrumentality of any nature whatsoever of any governmental or quasi-governmental unit of the United States or the State or any county or any political subdivision of any of the foregoing, whether now or hereafter in existence, having jurisdiction over Manager or the Facility or any portion thereof.

Government Agency. The term “Government Agency” shall mean any legislative bodyfederal, court, agency, state or local government or governmental agency or authority, board (including, without limitation, health and long term care, environmental protection, planning and zoning), bureau, commission, department, office or instrumentality of any nature whatsoever of any governmental or quasi-governmental unit of the United States or the State or any county or any political subdivision of any of the foregoing, whether now or hereafter in existence, having jurisdiction over Manager or the Facility or any portion thereof.

Government Agency. The term “Government Agency” shall mean any legislative body, court, agency, authority, board (including, without limitation, health and long term care, environmental protection, planning and zoning), bureau, commission, department, office or instrumentality of any nature whatsoever of any governmental or quasi-governmental unit agency of the United States federal, state, local or Tribal governments, including without limitation the State BIA, MOC, Tribal Gaming Commission and any state or any county or any political subdivision of any of the foregoing, whether now or hereafter in existence, having jurisdiction over Manager or the Facility or any portion thereoflocal agencies.

Government Agency. The term “term, "Government Agency” ", shall mean any legislative body, court, government or governmental agency, authoritypublic, board statutory, semi- governmental or judicial entity, body or authority (including, but without limitation, health and long term care, environmental protection, planning and zoningany stock exchange or self-regulatory organization established under any law or regulation), bureau, commission, department, office or instrumentality of any nature whatsoever of any governmental or quasi-governmental unit of the United States or the State or any county or any political subdivision of any of the foregoing, whether now or hereafter in existence, having jurisdiction over Manager or the Facility or any portion thereof.
