Common use of Goods and Works Clause in Contracts

Goods and Works. All goods and works required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Financing shall be procured in accordance with the requirements set forth or referred to in Section I of the Procurement Guidelines, and with the provisions of this Section; provided that goods and works for which the procurement process was initiated prior to December 3, 2009 may be procured in accordance with the requirements set forth or referred to in Section I of the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Association in May 2004.

Goods and Works. All goods and works required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Financing Loan shall be procured in accordance with the requirements set forth or referred to in Section I of the Procurement Guidelines, and with except that the provisions of this Section; provided that contract packages for goods and works works, for which advance procurement action has been initiated before December 31, 2010, as specified in the procurement process was initiated prior to December 3Procurement Plan, 2009 may shall be procured in accordance with the requirements set forth or referred to in Section I of the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” Credits published by the Association Bank in May 20042004 and Revised October 2006, and May 2010, and with the provisions of this Section.
