Good Faith Efforts. The Company shall use good faith efforts to: (a) minimize any curtailment, interruption or reduction in service to DS Customers to the extent reasonably practicable under the circumstances; (b) provide the DS Supplier with prior notification of any curtailment, interruption or reduction in service to DS Customers, to the extent reasonably practicable; and (c) resume service to DS Customers as promptly as reasonably practicable.
