Common use of Good Faith Efforts Clause in Contracts

Good Faith Efforts. The Company shall use good faith efforts to: (a) minimize any curtailment, interruption or reduction to the extent practicable under the circumstances; (b) provide the BGS-RSCP Supplier with prior notification of any curtailment, interruption or reduction, to the extent practicable; and (c) resume service as promptly as practicable.

Good Faith Efforts.
