Tongass Narrows is used for recreational boating and fishing. In addition, the City of Ketchikan has numerous parks, trails, recreation areas, tennis courts, playing fields, and indoor recreation centers. Sportfishing in Ketchikan area lakes, streams, and bays is an extremely popular recreational activity, as are deer and bear hunting. The rise of the tourism and cruise ship industries has presented an increasing demand for recreational opportunities in the Ketchikan area.

General Recreational Facilities. If the Village has recreational facilities, they are for the use and enjoyment of all residents of the Village. Non-residents, if they are registered with the Village administration office, are also allowed to use the recreational facilities but only if accompanied by a resident. Village management does not encourage the use of the Village's recreational facilities by non-residents on a regular basis and reserves the right to restrict non-resident use and/or access to the recreational facilities.

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.

  • CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT/ APARTMENT The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan, specifications, amenities and facilities of the [Apartment/Plot] and accepted the floor plan, payment plan and the specifications, amenities and facilities [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the said layout plans, floor plans and specifications, amenities and facilities. Otherwise, Transmission Provider may, in its discretion, within 30 days following termination of Interconnection Service, require the removal of all or any part of the Interconnection Facilities.
