General Provisions Pertaining to Definitions. All terms of an accounting character not specifically defined herein shall have the meanings assigned thereto by GAAP. The definitions in this Article I shall apply equally to both the singular and plural forms of the terms defined. Whenever the context may require, any pronoun shall include the corresponding masculine, feminine and neuter forms. The words "INCLUDE", "INCLUDES" and "INCLUDING" shall be deemed to be followed by the phrase "WITHOUT limitation". All references herein to Sections, Subsections, paragraphs, clauses and Exhibits shall be deemed references to Sections,

Each reference herein to a particular Person shall include a reference to such Person's successors and permitted assigns. References to any agreement, instrument or document defined in this Article I refer to such agreement, instrument or document as originally executed, or if subsequently varied, replaced or supplemented from time to time, as so varied, supplemented or replaced and in effect at the relevant time of reference thereto.
