References to Sections. Whenever in this Agreement a particular article, section or other portion thereof is referred to, such reference pertains to the particular article, section or portion thereof contained herein, unless otherwise indicated.
References to Sections of the Code of Federal Regulations and to the United States Code will mean the cited sections, as these may be amended from time to time.
