Common use of General Management Clause in Contracts

General Management. The Manager shall manage the Land in a proper manner in accordance with this Deed (and shall for the avoidance of doubt exercise its power under paragraph 2 of Schedule 8 to take out and update the insurance as referred to in that paragraph). Except as otherwise provided in this Deed, the Manager shall have the powers set out in Schedule 8 and the power to do anything else which it considers is necessary or expedient for the proper management of the Land.

General Management. The Manager shall manage the Land in a proper manner in accordance with this Deed (and shall for the avoidance of doubt exercise its power under paragraph 2 of Schedule 8 7 to take out and update the insurance as referred to in that paragraph). Except as otherwise provided in this Deed, the Manager shall have the powers set out in Schedule 8 7 and the power to do anything else which it considers is necessary or expedient for the proper management of the Land.

Except as otherwise provided in this Deed, the Manager shall shall, for the purpose of discharging its duty to manage the Land in a proper manner in accordance with this Deed, have the powers set out in Schedule 8 6, which powers shall be reasonably and properly exercised by the power Manager in accordance with this Deed and subject always to do anything else which it considers is necessary or expedient for the proper management provisions of the LandOrdinance.
