Common use of General Immunity Clause in Contracts

General Immunity. Neither the Agent nor any of its directors, officers, agents or employees shall be liable to the Banks or any Bank for any action taken or omitted to be taken by it or them under the Loan Documents or in connection therewith except for its or their own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
