General Duties and Obligations. (a) The Trustee shall hold all property received by it and any income and gains thereupon. The Trustee shall manage, invest and reinvest the Trust Fund, shall collect the income therefrom, and shall make payments as provided in the Plan and in this Trust Agreement. The Trustee may utilize depositories to hold assets of the Trust Fund, provided however that the Trustee shall not be relieved of any fiduciary responsibility with respect to the assets so held.
