General Compliance Obligations. 8.1 City shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and county laws, ordinances, codes, and regulations relating to the use of CDBG Funds, including but not limited to the general policies set forth in 24 C.F.R. Part 570.200 and all other Rules and Regulations of HUD. Any conflict or inconsistency between any federal, state, or county regulations and this Agreement shall be resolved in favor of the more restrictive regulations.
