Common use of Furnishing of Documents Clause in Contracts

Furnishing of Documents. The Delaware Trustee will furnish to the Certificateholders, promptly upon receipt, duplicates or copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates, financial statements and any other writings furnished to the Delaware Trustee. The Delaware Trustee shall have no duty or obligation to examine or review such items received by it.

Furnishing of Documents. The Delaware Trustee will furnish to the Certificateholders, Trustor promptly upon receiptreceipt of a written request therefor, duplicates or copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates, financial statements and any other writings furnished to instruments received by the Delaware Trustee.
