Funds Availability. For determining the availability of your deposits, every day is a business day except Saturdays, Sundays, federal holidays and legal banking holidays in the State of Utah.
Funds Availability. Funds from items deposited through the Service will be available in accordance with the Credit Union’s Funds Availability Policy disclosure, as amended from time to time, which is incorporated herein by reference. You agree that the imaging and transmitting of checks alone does not constitute receipt by Credit Union. Also, acknowledgment of receipt or delivery does not constitute an acknowledgment by Credit Union that the transmission of a check or items does not contain errors or that funds will be available. Checks deposited though Mobile Deposit are not received by the Credit Union until we have acknowledged receipt and provided credit to your account.
Funds Availability. If you make a deposit into any account you have with us, that money may not be available to you right away. Refer to the Funds Availability Disclosure below for information regarding the availability of funds deposited into a Checking Account. For other accounts, the funds may not be available for a longer period of time. Ask us at the time of deposit (or any time afterward) if you need to know when funds from any given deposit will be available.
Funds Availability. For purposes of funds availability, Mobile Deposits are considered deposited at a branch or ATM of this financial institution. Mobile Deposits confirmed as received before close of business on a business day will be credited to your account within 24 hours of receipt. Deposits confirmed received after close of business, and deposits confirmed received on holidays or days that are not business days will be credited to your account within 24 hours of the following business day. Funds will be available as described in our Funds Availability Disclosure.
Funds Availability. This Contract is subject to the availability of state and/or federal funds appropriated for the purposes of this Contract. If funds are not appropriated or made unavailable or if available funding is reduced, DARS will provide the Contractor with written notice of termination or any necessary payment suspension, or funding reduction. The Contractor will have no right of action against the State of Texas or DARS in the event that DARS is unable to fulfill its obligations under this Contract as a result of a lack of sufficient funding.

Funds Availability. Funds from deposits you make into your Checking Account may not always be immediately available for withdrawal. Information about our funds availability policy is provided to you in the “Funds Availability Disclosure” included further below in this Agreement.

You understand and agree that deposits of Images via transmission to the Service may not be available for immediate withdrawal, and we may withhold the availability of funds from the deposited Image. Any hold placed on a deposit transmitted via the service will be done so in accordance with our Funds Availability Policy Disclosure. You understand and agree that, solely for the determination of any applicable hold, an Image will be deemed a “check” as that term is used in our Funds Availability Policy Disclosure. We do not guarantee that any Image transmitted via the Service will be received by the Service, accepted by the Credit Union or ultimately deposited to the Account. You understand and agree that any time-sensitive deposit (such as one to be used for a loan or other payment) should NOT be transmitted as an Image via the Service and should be presented in person at one of our locations. The Credit Union will not be responsible for any loss, charge or fee you incur as a result of your use of the Service which results in any late or non-payment of any withdrawal from the Account. Storage and Destruction of Original Checks – Upon receipt of confirmation that we have accepted an Image of an original Check, you understand and agree that you will retain possession of the original Check for a period of 30 calendar days, during which time you will ensure the safety and integrity of the original Check. You understand and agree that, at the expiration of this 30 calendar day period, you MUST destroy the original Check via a commercially acceptable means of destruction, including shredding (preferably via a cross-cut shredder), burning or pulverizing the original Check, after which the Image will be the only evidence of the original Check. You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to establish and maintain appropriate procedures and controls to safeguard the original Check and to prevent any further use. You agree that you will notify us IMMEDIATELY if you learn of the loss or theft of an original Check, an Image of which was transmitted via the Service for deposit to an Account. You understand and agree that, during such time as you retain the original Check, that we may require you to make the original Check available to us within 5 calendar days, at your expense. Funds Availability. All Online Transfers are completed electronically. You will have immediate availability to your funds once they are transferred from the Savings Account to your Oxygen Consumer Deposit Account, or from the Consumer Deposit Account to the Savings Account.
Funds Availability. If an Image you transmit through the Service is received and accepted before 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day that we are open, we consider that day to be the day of your deposit. Otherwise, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day we are open. You agree, however, that Items transmitted through the Service are not subject to the funds availability requirements set forth in the “Funds Availability Policy and Disclosure” section of the Credit Union’s Owner’s Guide to Services or Regulation CC of the Federal Reserve Board. Nevertheless, we will generally make the first $200 of a day’s total deposits available by the first (1st) business day after the day of your deposit and the remainder available by the second (2nd) business day after the day of your deposit. We reserve the right to delay availability up to 60 days from the date we receive payment for Items transmitted through the Service.
