Common use of Fourth Amendment Clause in Contracts

Fourth Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received from the Company and the Holders executed counterparts (in such number as may be requested by the Administrative Agent) of this Fourth Amendment.

Fourth Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received from (a) the Requisite Lenders, (b) Administrative Agent and (e) Company and the Holders executed counterparts (in such number as may be requested by the Administrative Agent) other Credit Support Parties, a counterpart of this Fourth Amendment.Amendment signed on behalf of such party; and

Fourth Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received from the Company and the Holders executed multiple counterparts (in such number as may be requested by the Administrative Agent) of this Fourth AmendmentAmendment from the Borrower and the Required Lenders.

Fourth Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received from the Company and the Holders executed multiple counterparts (in such number as may be requested by the Administrative Agent) of this Fourth AmendmentAmendment from the Borrower, each other Obligor and the Majority Lenders.

Fourth Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received from the Company this Fourth Amendment executed and the Holders executed counterparts (in such number as may be requested delivered by the Administrative Agent) , the Borrower, the Lenders party to the Credit Agreement constituting the "Required Lenders" thereunder, the Lenders party to the Credit Agreement constituting the "Required Prepayment Lenders", each Additional Revolving Credit Lender and each Additional Term Lender (or, in the case of this Fourth Amendmentany Lender, a lender addendum or joinder agreement in a form specified by the Administrative Agent).

Fourth Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received from the Company and the Holders executed multiple counterparts (in such number as may be requested by the Administrative Agent) of this Fourth AmendmentAmendment from the Borrower and each Lender.

Fourth Amendment. The General Administrative Agent shall have received from this Fourth Amendment executed and delivered by the Company General Administrative Agent, the Borrowers, each Tranche A Term Loan Lender, each Revolving Credit Lender, the Swing Line Lender and the Holders executed counterparts Required Lenders (or, in such number as may be requested the case of any Lender, a lender addendum in a form specified by the General Administrative Agent) of this Fourth Amendment).

Fourth Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received from the Company and the Holders executed multiple counterparts (in such number as may be requested by the Administrative Agent) of this Fourth AmendmentAmendment from the Majority Lenders.

Fourth Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received from the Company Borrower, each other Obligor, each Lender and the Holders executed Issuing Bank counterparts (in such number as may be requested by the Administrative Agent) of this Fourth AmendmentAmendment signed on behalf of such Persons; provided that each Exiting Lender shall sign this Amendment solely for the purpose of agreeing to the provisions of Section 3.1.
