Fixed Wireless. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by WIN, Customer has the additional material obligations to: (a) obtain "roof rights" and make available all evidence of same to WIN; (b) provide space for WIN equipment at the Service locations, no further than three hundred (300) feet from Customer's router or switch interface; and, (c) provide internal building conduit to allow WIN the ability to rod/rope to the point of demarcation. WIN shall not be liable for any reasonable alterations or necessary work to the Service locations that are required for installation and removal of WIN equipment.

Fixed Wireless. AWS shall have the option to provide fixed wireless services under this Agreement, so long as such services are classified by the FCC as CMRS. The Parties will comply with the terms of Attachment III in connection with such services.

Actual use speeds will be less than maximum speeds and use speeds may vary greatly depending on a variety of factors. Fixed wireless is intended to use at Customer’s premises and not intended to be a mobile device. Customer agrees to use fixed wireless Internet at its set location and not as a traveling device.
Fixed Wireless. LINE UNITS (in short, SST ) shall mean a unit of telecommunication system which includes MSC (Mobile Switching Center), BSC (Base Station Controller), BTS (Base Transceiver Station), Transmission, all other equipment required, and all other supporting facilities and building in order to enable Subscriber to use Fixed Wireless CDMA services after such subscribers have owned the necessary Fixed Wireless CDMA terminals;

Asymmetrical Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL): ADSL provides high speed internet allowing for faster download speeds and slower upload speeds. The nature of internet traffic typically melds well with this technology as the consumer typically makes a request (small amount of data) and receives a larger amount of information in return. The maximum amount of data provided upstream is 1.5 Mbps. ADSL is a rate adaptive technology, meaning that if your line is not capable of 1.5 Mbps upstream (or Down), it will get as close as it can to the desired bandwidth. Cable Modem Service (CMS): CMS service varies depending on many factors. PINE utilizes the DOCSYS standard in its deployment of CMS. The equipment utilized is engineered to provide a user experience as outlined in the Service Offerings below. Details regarding speeds, bandwidth limitations and pricing are available on the rate card available at PINE’s office. COMMERCIAL TERMS Monthly prices, usage-based fees, and fees for early termination or additional network services are handled on individual case basis.
