Common use of First Amendment Clause in Contracts

First Amendment. The Administrative Agent or the Special Counsel (defined ​ below) shall have received from each Borrower a counterpart of this First Amendment signed on behalf of such party.

First Amendment. The Administrative Agent or the Special Counsel (defined ​ below) shall have received from the Borrower and each Borrower Lender party hereto (which constitute the Required Lenders) a counterpart of this First Amendment signed on behalf of such party.
