Common use of Finder’s Fees Clause in Contracts

Finder’s Fees. No broker, investment bank, financial advisor or other person is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s, financial adviser’s or similar fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of such Stockholder.

No broker, investment bankfinder, financial advisor or other person investment banker is entitled to any broker’sbrokerage, finder’s, financial adviseradvisor’s or similar investment banker’s fee or commission or similar payment in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby by this Agreement or the Ancillary Agreements based upon arrangements made by or and on behalf of such StockholderBuyer or any of its Controlled Affiliates for which Sellers or any of their Controlled Affiliates may become liable.

No broker, investment bankbanker, financial ------------- advisor or other person person, other than XX Xxxxx Securities, is entitled to any broker’s's, finder’s's, financial adviser’s advisor's or other similar fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby by this Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of such StockholderParent, Logitech Subsidiary or Merger Sub.

Finder’s Fees. No broker, investment bank, financial advisor or other person is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s, financial adviser’s or similar fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of such each Stockholder.

Finder’s Fees. No broker, finder or investment bank, financial advisor or other person banker is entitled to any broker’sbrokerage, finder’s, financial adviser’s or similar other fee or commission in connection with the Merger or any of the other transactions contemplated hereby based upon any arrangements or agreements made by or on behalf of such StockholderPNCR or Merger Sub.

No Except as provided in the Merger Agreement, no broker, investment bankbanker, financial advisor or other person is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s, financial adviser’s or other similar fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby by the Merger Agreement or this Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of such Stockholder.

No broker, investment bank, financial advisor or other person is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s, financial adviser’s or similar fee or commission commission, payable by the Company or its subsidiaries in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of such Stockholder, except as set forth in the Merger Agreement.

No broker, investment bank, financial advisor or other person Person is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s, financial adviser’s or similar fee or commission payable by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of such Stockholderthe Shareholder or CMIG International.

Finder’s Fees. No broker, investment bankfinder, financial advisor or other person investment banker is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s, financial adviseradvisor’s, investment banker’s or similar fee or commission or similar payment in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby by this Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of such StockholderBuyer or any of its Affiliates.

No broker, investment bank, financial advisor advisor, or other person is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s, financial adviser’s ’s, or similar fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of such Stockholderthe Majority Stockholders.

No broker, investment bankbanker, financial advisor or other person person, other than XX Xxxxx Securities, is entitled to any broker’s's, finder’s's, financial adviser’s advisor's or other similar fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby by this Agreement based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of such StockholderParent, Logitech Subsidiary or Merger Sub.

Finder’s Fees. No broker, finder, investment bank, financial advisor banker or other person Person is or will be entitled to any broker’sbrokerage fee, finder’s, financial adviser’s or similar finders’ fee or other similar commission for which Seller or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates could be liable in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby by this Agreement based upon arrangements made by Buyer or on behalf any of such Stockholderits Subsidiaries or Affiliates.

Finder’s Fees. No broker, investment bank, financial advisor or other person is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s, financial adviseradvisor’s or similar fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of such StockholderShareholder.

Finder’s Fees. No broker, finder or investment bank, financial advisor or other person banker is entitled to any broker’sbrokerage, finder’s, financial adviser’s 's or similar other fee or commission from Buyer in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of such Stockholderthis Agreement.

Finder’s Fees. No broker, investment bank, financial advisor or other person is entitled to any broker’s's, finder’s's, financial adviser’s 's or similar fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby based upon arrangements made by or on behalf of such Stockholder.

Finder’s Fees. No broker, investment bank, financial advisor or other person is entitled to any broker’s, finder’s, ’s financial adviser’s or similar fee or commission in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby based upon on arrangements made by or on behalf of the Stockholder, other than any such fee or commission that will be the sole responsibility of the Stockholder.
