Common use of Final Inspection Clause in Contracts

Final Inspection. A. Upon written notice from DESIGN/BUILDER that the entire Construction or an agreed portion thereof is complete, OWNER will make a final inspection with DESIGN/BUILDER and will notify DESIGN/BUILDER in writing of all particulars in which this inspection reveals that the Construction is incomplete or defective. DESIGN/BUILDER shall immediately take such measures as are necessary to complete such Construction or remedy such deficiencies.

Final Inspection. A. Upon written notice from DESIGN/BUILDER Contractor that the entire Construction or an agreed portion thereof Work is complete, OWNER Engineer will promptly make a final inspection with DESIGN/BUILDER Owner and Contractor and will notify DESIGN/BUILDER Contractor in writing of all particulars in which this inspection reveals that the Construction Work, or agreed portion thereof, is incomplete or defective. DESIGN/BUILDER Contractor shall immediately take such measures as are necessary to complete such Construction Work or remedy such deficiencies.

A. 11.1 Upon written notice from DESIGN/BUILDER Contractor that the entire Construction Work, or an agreed portion thereof is complete, OWNER Project Manager and Architect/Engineer, (if applicable), will make a final inspection with DESIGN/BUILDER Owner and Contractor and will notify DESIGN/BUILDER Contractor in writing of all particulars in which this inspection reveals that the Construction Work is incomplete or defective. DESIGN/BUILDER Contractor shall immediately promptly take such measures as are necessary to complete such Construction or remedy such deficiencies.

Final Inspection. A. Upon written notice from DESIGN/BUILDER that the entire Construction (other than receipt of the written emissions report documenting compliance with the atmospheric emission criteria set forth in Exhibit A) or an agreed portion thereof is complete, OWNER will make a final inspection with DESIGN/BUILDER and will notify DESIGN/BUILDER in writing of all particulars in which this inspection reveals that the Construction is incomplete or defective. DESIGN/BUILDER shall immediately take such measures as are necessary to complete such Construction or remedy such deficiencies.

DESIGN/BUILDER Construction Manager shall immediately take such measures as are necessary to complete such Construction Work or remedy such deficiencies.
