At any time before the termination of the offering of the Units, prior to filing with the Commission any amendment to the Registration Statement or supplement to the Prospectus, any document incorporated by reference in the Prospectus, any amendment to any document incorporated by reference in the Prospectus, or any prospectus pursuant to Rule 424(b) of the Rules and Regulations, the Partnership will furnish a copy thereof to the Representatives and will not file any such document to which the Representatives shall reasonably object after having been given reasonable notice of the proposed filing thereof unless the Partnership is required by law to make such filing.
