Field Reconnaissance. The CONSULTANT will conduct a reconnaissance of the alignments and surrounding areas under the escort of City pipeline operations staff and accompanied by the City’s Project Manager. The purpose of the field reconnaissance is to finalize pipeline access locations, identify access issues, identify critical areas and areas of concern, finalize condition assessment approaches and methodologies, and collect information that will be useful to the Risk Analysis for each pipeline (e.g., Likelihood of Failure and Consequence of Failure criteria and weighting). The City will assist the CONSULTANT in identifying the general alignments of the pipelines.
Field Reconnaissance. The ENGINEER shall conduct field reconnaissance and collect data including a photographic record of notable existing features.
Field Reconnaissance. The Engineer shall perform field reconnaissance along the study corridor to supplement and verify, as needed, the existing data necessary to develop conceptual alternatives for improvements to the highway corridor. This shall include: • An evaluation of opportunities to improve or augment existing facilities along the current alignment; • An investigation of potential impediments to widening the roadway parallel to the existing lanes, such as major developments, potential environmental constraints, and severe topography; • An examination of basic bridge requirements at stream and river crossings, including spans, overall length, and width; • Identification of other major drainage structures; • Investigation of grade separation requirements or other improvements at intersections of major highways; DocuSign Envelope ID: 0EF7DD01-5DEF-492D-AF48-72F6373D49D2 DocuSign Envelope ID: 973D3771-56AD-4A37-8E90-25E408E93E1A • Cataloging development along the highway, including a conceptual determination of the number and descriptions of relocations and an order of magnitude value of conceptual relocations; and • An investigation into relief route options in the vicinity of towns and other areas of constrained Rights of Way along the route DEFINE EXISTING CONDITIONS AND DEMAND The Engineer shall develop a description of the current transportation conditions and network for each individual mode of travel. Each mode shall be described according to physical condition, and current demand, capacity, supply or level of service (LOS). This shall include an analysis of the existing corridor and system's ability to meet the existing demand. Each mode shall be mapped individually and linked to agency data as appropriate. These descriptions shall be made available to the State as requested to provide insight or quantify State concerns.
Field Reconnaissance. Consultant will make field visits to identified drainage infrastructure and projects to confirm conditions for model inclusion. For the purposes of the scope, this effort will be limited to up to 3 days of staff time.

Field Reconnaissance. WRECO will conduct a field reconnaissance to assess the existing conditions at and in the vicinity of the Project site. WRECO will assess the Xxxxxxxxx Ditch and Murderers Creek channel conditions and roughness and confirm the dimension of the stream crossing structures within the studied limits.
Field Reconnaissance. An investigation of the project site will be completed to determine the limits of the wetlands present. The wetland delineation will be completed based on the methodology established by the USACE. Also during the site visit, wildlife and plant community qualities will be assessed. The limits of the wetland community will be field staked so that they can be located in relation to the project coordinate system.
Field Reconnaissance. The Engineer shall conduct field reconnaissance and collect data including a photographic record of notable existing features. This shall include observation of current conditions and the outfall channels, the cross drainage structures, tributary channels, and land development projects that contribute flow to the tributary and/or ROW.
