Agency Data. As between Flock and Agency, all right, title and interest in the Agency Data, belong to and are retained solely by Agency. Agency hereby grants to Flock a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to (i) use the Agency Data and perform all acts with respect to the Agency Data as may be necessary for Flock to provide the Flock Services to Agency, including without limitation the Support Services set forth in Section 2.10 above, and a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the Agency Data as a part of the Aggregated Data, (ii) disclose the Agency Data (both inclusive of any Footage) to enable law enforcement monitoring for elected law enforcement Hotlists as well as provide Footage search access to law enforcement for investigative purposes only, and (iii) and obtain Aggregated Data as set forth below in Section 4.5. As between Agency and Non-Agency End Users that have prescribed access of Footage to Agency, each of Agency and Non-Agency End Users will share all right, title and interest in the Non-Agency End User Data. This Agreement does not by itself make any Non-Agency End User Data the sole property or the Proprietary Information of Agency. Flock will automatically delete Footage older than thirty (30) days. Agency has a thirty (30) day window to view, save and/or transmit Footage to the relevant government agency prior to its deletion. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Flock automatically deletes Wing Replay after seven (7) days, during which time Agency may view, save and/or transmit such data to the relevant government agency prior to deletion. Flock does not own and shall not sell Agency Data.

Agency Data. Lexipol will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of all Agency Data. Lexipol’s Services use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts information as it travels between Lexipol and Agency. However, data transmission on the internet is not always 100% secure and Lexipol cannot and does not warrant that information Agency transmits to or through Lexipol or the Services is 100% secure. Lexipol’s use of Agency Data is limited to providing the Services, retaining records in the regular course of business, and complying with valid legal obligations.
Agency Data. Agency owns all Agency Data, including Agency Data that is Work Product or that is otherwise created by or resulting from the Services. Contractor hereby irrevocably assigns to Agency any and all of its rights, title, and interest in all Agency Data, whether arising from copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or any other state or federal intellectual property law or doctrine. Upon Agency’s reasonable request, Contractor shall execute such further documents and instruments to fully vest such rights in Agency.
Agency Data. Any data or information of the Agency that Contractor receives or creates by any means and in any form in connection with this Contract, Deliverables or Performance, including data and information with respect to any one or more of the following: databases, systems, operations, facilities, and regulatory compliance.

  • Line Information Database 9.1 LIDB is a transaction-oriented database accessible through Common Channel Signaling (CCS) networks. For access to LIDB, e-Tel must purchase appropriate signaling links pursuant to Section 10 of this Attachment. LIDB contains records associated with End User Line Numbers and Special Billing Numbers. LIDB accepts queries from other Network Elements and provides appropriate responses. The query originator need not be the owner of LIDB data. LIDB queries include functions such as screening billed numbers that provides the ability to accept Collect or Third Number Billing calls and validation of Telephone Line Number based non-proprietary calling cards. The interface for the LIDB functionality is the interface between BellSouth’s CCS network and other CCS networks. LIDB also interfaces to administrative systems.

  • Emergency Alert System The Franchisee shall comply with the applicable requirements of the FCC with respect to the operation of an Emergency Alert System (“EAS”) requirements of the FCC and applicable state and local EAS plans in order that emergency messages may be distributed over the Cable System.

  • Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility and Security Standards a. Applicability: The following Electronic and Information Resources (“EIR”) requirements apply to the Contract because the Grantee performs services that include EIR that the System Agency's employees are required or permitted to access or members of the public are required or permitted to access. This Section does not apply to incidental uses of EIR in the performance of the Agreement, unless the Parties agree that the EIR will become property of the State of Texas or will be used by HHSC’s clients or recipients after completion of the Agreement. Nothing in this section is intended to prescribe the use of particular designs or technologies or to prevent the use of alternative technologies, provided they result in substantially equivalent or greater access to and use of a Product.

  • Processing of Deposit files The use of compression is recommended in order to reduce electronic data transfer times, and storage capacity requirements.
