FEDERAL JURISDICTIONAL AREAS. 36.1 To the extent that CenturyLink has contracts with federal entities in areas or structures used for military purposes (Federal Enclaves) such Federal Enclaves are not subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission, and the Parties agree that Services provided within Federal Enclaves are not within the scope of this Agreement.
