Failure. If the Company breaches any of its obligations pursuant to Section 6.1, Ramot shall notify the Company in writing of the Company’s failure and shall allow the Company ninety (90) days to cure its failure. The Company failure to cure such failure to Ramot’s reasonable satisfaction within such 90-day period shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and Ramot shall have the right to terminate this Agreement forthwith.
