Common use of Extent of Services Clause in Contracts

Extent of Services. During the Term and any extension thereof, Executive shall devote his full time, ability, attention and efforts to the performance, to the best of his abilities, of such duties and responsibilities, as described in Section 1 above, and as the Chief Executive Officer shall determine, consistent therewith.

During the Term and any extension thereof, Executive shall devote his full time, ability, attention time and efforts to the performance, to the best of his abilities, of such duties and responsibilitiesresponsibilities inherent in the position of Senior Applications Engineer, as described in Section 1 above, and as the Chief Executive Officer Board of Directors and/or the Officers of TKO shall determine, consistent therewith.

During the Term and any extension thereofTerm, Executive shall devote his Executive’s full time, ability, attention business time and reasonable best efforts exclusively to the performance, advancement of the business and interests of the Company and its Affiliates and to the best discharge of his abilities, of such Executive’s duties and responsibilities, as described in Section 1 above, and as the Chief Executive Officer shall determine, consistent therewithresponsibilities hereunder.
