Common use of Extent of Services Clause in Contracts

Extent of Services. Executive, subject to the direction and control of the Board of Directors (the “Board”), shall have the power and authority commensurate with his executive status and necessary to perform his duties hereunder. During the Term, Executive shall devote his entire working time, attention, labor, skill and energies to the business of the Company, and shall not, without the consent of the Company, be actively engaged in any other business activity, whether or not such business activity is pursued for gain, profit or other pecuniary advantage.

Extent of Services. Executive, subject to the direction and control of the Board of Directors of the Parent (the “Board”)) and the Company, shall have the power and authority commensurate with his executive status and necessary to perform his duties hereunder. During the Term, Executive shall devote his entire working time, attention, labor, skill and energies to the business of the Company, and shall not, without the consent of the Company, be actively engaged in any other business activity, whether or not such business activity is pursued for gain, profit or other pecuniary advantage.

During the Termterm, Executive shall devote his entire her working time, attention, labor, skill and energies to the business of the Company, and shall not, without the consent of the Company, be actively engaged in any other business activity, whether or not such business activity is pursued for gain, profit or other pecuniary advantage, that competes, conflicts or interferes with the performance of her duties hereunder in any material way.

During the Termterm, Executive shall devote his entire her working time, attention, labor, skill and energies to the business of the Company, and shall not, without the consent of the Company, be actively engaged in any other business activity, whether or not such business activity is pursued for gain, profit or other pecuniary advantage, that competes, conflicts or interferes with the performance of her duties hereunder in any material way.

Extent of Services. Executive, subject to the direction and control of the CEO and the Board of Directors of Parent (the “Board”), shall have the power and authority commensurate with his executive status and necessary to perform his duties hereunder. During the Term, Executive shall devote his entire working time, attention, labor, skill and energies to the business of the Company, and shall not, without the consent of the Company, be actively engaged in any other business activity, whether or not such business activity is pursued for gain, profit or other pecuniary advantage.
