Expenses of the Company. (a) The Company shall pay all of its costs and expenses and shall reimburse the Manager or its Affiliates for expenses of the Manager and its Affiliates paid or incurred on behalf of the Company, excepting only those expenses that are specifically the responsibility of the Manager pursuant to this Section 7 or otherwise excluded pursuant to Section 7(g). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, it is specifically agreed that the following costs and expenses of the Company shall be paid or reimbursed by the Company and shall not be borne by the Manager or Affiliates of the Manager:
