Common use of Expense Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance of Executive’s services under this Agreement, provided that the Executive furnishes to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may from time to time reasonably request.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company During the term of Executive's employment hereunder, the Company, upon the submission of reasonable supporting documentation by the Executive, shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment expenses actually paid or incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance course of Executive’s services under this Agreement, provided that the Executive furnishes and pursuant to the Company appropriate documentation required by business of the Internal Revenue Code in a timely fashion in connection with such Company, including expenses for travel and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may from time to time reasonably requestentertainment.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment expenses (“Reimbursable Expenses”) incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance of Executive’s services under this AgreementAgreement on a basis consistent with the Company’s other senior executives, as determined by the Board, provided that the Executive furnishes to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code and/or other taxing authorities in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may from time to time reasonably request.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall will reimburse the Executive in full for all reasonable and necessary business, promotional, entertainment and travel and entertainment expenses incurred or paid expended by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance of Executivethe duties hereunder in accordance with the Company’s services under this Agreement, provided that the Executive furnishes customary practices applicable to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may from time to time reasonably requestits senior staff.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall promptly reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment business expenses incurred by Executive in promoting the business of the Company, including expenditures for entertainment, travel, or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance other expenses; provided, that (i) such expenditures are of Executive’s services under this Agreement, provided that the a nature qualifying them as legitimate business expenses and (ii) Executive furnishes to the Company appropriate documentation adequate records and other documentary evidence reasonably required by the Internal Revenue Code Company to substantiate such expenditures in a timely fashion in connection accordance with such expenses the Company’s policies and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may from time to time reasonably requestprocedures.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for any and all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment business expenses actually incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance of Executive’s services under this Agreementduties during the Employment Period, provided that such expenses are incurred in accordance with any policies or directives of the Company regarding reimbursement of business expenses now or hereafter adopted by the Company, and subject to Executive furnishes providing appropriate supporting documentation, reasonably acceptable to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may from time to time reasonably requestCompany.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance course of Executive’s services performing his duties under this Agreement, provided Agreement that are consistent with the Executive furnishes to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code Company’s policies in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may effect from time to time reasonably requestwith respect to travel, entertainment and other business expenses, subject to the Company’s requirements applicable generally with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable businessand necessary travel, promotional, travel business entertainment and entertainment other business expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in connection with the performance of Executive’s services duties under this Agreement, provided that the Executive furnishes to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code in on a timely fashion basis upon submission by Executive of vouchers therefore in connection accordance with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may from time to time reasonably requestCompany’s standard procedures.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall will pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment appropriate business expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period incurs in the performance of connection with Executive’s services duties under this Agreement, provided that in accordance with the Executive furnishes to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code Company’s policies as in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may effect from time to time reasonably requesttime, subject to the timely submission by Executive of written documentation of such expenses in accordance with the applicable policies of the Company.

Expense Reimbursement. The During the Employment Term, the Company, upon the submission of supporting documentation by the Executive, and in accordance with Company policies for its executives, shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment expenses actually paid or incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance course of Executive’s services under this Agreementand pursuant to the business of the Company and the Subsidiaries, provided that including a reasonable car allowance, full funding of health savings account expenses, and expenses for travel and entertainment, for which the Executive furnishes to the Company appropriate documentation required shall have an expense allowance as set by the Internal Revenue Code in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may Board from time to time reasonably requesttime.

Expense Reimbursement. Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment necessary out-of-pocket business expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance of Executive’s services under this Agreementresponsibilities hereunder and within the operating budget of Company, provided that the Executive furnishes subject to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code Company’s business expense reimbursement policies in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may effect from time to time reasonably requesttime, including submission to Company of a written accounting of such expenses, which accounting shall include an itemized list of the expenses incurred, the business purposes for which such expenses were incurred, and appropriate receipts and supporting documentation.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment necessary business expenses incurred or paid by him in connection with his duties hereunder (in each case, as determined by the Executive during Company) after the Employment Period in the performance of Executive’s services under this Agreementtimely presentation of IRS-acceptable itemized and documented accounts of such expenditures, provided that the Executive furnishes shall secure the Board’s approval before incurring any extraordinary expenses, and further provided that such reimbursement for reasonable and necessary business expenses is subject to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may from time to time reasonably requestCompany’s expense reimbursement policy.

Expense Reimbursement. Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall agrees to pay or to reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period Term for all reasonable, ordinary and necessary business or entertainment expenses, substantiated by receipts or other written documentation provided to the Company, incurred in the performance of the Executive’s services under this Agreement, provided that hereunder in accordance with the Executive furnishes to standard expense reimbursement policies or practices of the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code as may be in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may effect from time to time reasonably requesttime.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance course of performing Executive’s services duties under this Agreement, provided that Agreement in accordance with the Executive furnishes to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code Company’s policies in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may effect from time to time reasonably requestwith respect to travel, entertainment and other business expenses, and subject to the Company’s requirements applicable generally with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses and subject to the Reimbursement Rules. In order to be entitled to expense reimbursement, the Executive must be employed as Chief Executive Officer and President on the date the Executive incurred the expense.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Engagement Period in the performance of Executive’s services under this Agreement, provided that the Executive furnishes to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may from time to time reasonably request.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company Executive shall reimburse the Executive be reimbursed for all ordinary and reasonable travel, business, promotional, travel entertainment, and entertainment other expenses that are paid or incurred or paid by the Executive him during the Employment Period Term in connection with the performance of Executive’s his services for and on behalf of the Company under this Agreement, provided that subject to the Company’s expense reimbursement policies and procedures. Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall promptly reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment expenses actually paid or incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance course of Executive’s services under this Agreementand pursuant to the Businesses of the Company, provided that the including expenses for travel and entertainment. The Executive furnishes shall account and submit reasonably supporting documentation to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as any expense reimbursement hereunder in accordance with the Company may from time to time reasonably requestCompany's policies.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for reasonable and necessary business and entertainment expenses incurred by him in connection with the performance of his duties hereunder, including, but not limited to, expenses for business development, travel, meals and accommodations and related expenditures. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment such expenses incurred or paid upon presentation by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance of Executive’s services under this Agreement, provided that the Executive furnishes to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may from time to time reasonably requesttime, of an itemized written accounting of such expenditures.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment the expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance of Executive’s providing services under this Agreement, provided that the Executive furnishes to the Company appropriate documentation required by Company, including expenses for travel, entertainment and similar items, in accordance with the Internal Revenue Code in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting Company’s reimbursement policies as the Company may determined from time to time reasonably requestby the Board of the Company. The Company shall also reimburse Executive for costs to attend compliance and continuing education courses required by applicable laws and regulations for Executive to perform the duties under this Agreement.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment expenses ("Reimbursable Expenses") incurred or paid by the Executive him during the Employment Period in the performance of Executive’s his services under this Agreement, provided that the Executive furnishes to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may from time to time reasonably request.

The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment his expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance of Executive’s providing services under this Agreement, provided that the Executive furnishes to the Company appropriate documentation required upon presentation by Executive of the Internal Revenue Code in a timely fashion in connection with details of, and vouchers for, such expenses expenses, including for travel, entertainment and similar items, and Executive shall furnish such other documentation be furnished reasonable office space, computing and accounting as the Company may from time to time reasonably requesttelecommunication resources, assistance and facilities.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment necessary out-of-pocket expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance of his executive duties and responsibilities hereunder, including without limitation expenses incurred for all of Executive’s services under this Agreementtravel and accommodations, provided subject to the Company’s normal policies and procedures, including without limitation, for expense verification and documentation (it being understood by the parties hereto that the Executive furnishes to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code Executive’s duties hereunder will differ in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses scope and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may intensity from time to time reasonably requestCompany’s non-executive employees).

In order to be entitled to expense reimbursement, the Executive must be employed as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer on the date the Executive incurred the expense.

Expense Reimbursement. Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance course of performing Executive’s services duties under this Agreement, provided that Agreement in accordance with the Executive furnishes Company’s policies applicable to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code senior executives in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may effect from time to time reasonably requestwith respect to travel, entertainment and other business expenses, and subject to the Company’s requirements applicable generally with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses. In order to be entitled to expense reimbursement, the Executive must be employed as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer on the date the Executive incurred the expense.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment business expenses properly incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance ordinary course of Executive’s services under this Agreementperforming his duties and responsibilities hereunder, provided that the Executive furnishes subject to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code Company’s normal and customary practices and policies as are in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may effect from time to time reasonably requestwith respect to travel, entertainment, and other business expenses (including the Company’s reasonable requirements with respect to prior approval, reporting and documentation of such expenses).

Expense Reimbursement. The During the Term, the Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment necessary out-of-pocket expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during while employed by the Employment Period Company in the performance of Executive’s services under this Agreementhis duties hereunder (including attendance at franchise industry, provided that the Executive furnishes financing and other conferences relevant to the Company appropriate duties of the Executive, upon the presentation of proper accounts therefor and other supporting documentation required by in accordance with the Internal Revenue Code in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting Company’s policies, as the Company may adopted from time to time reasonably requestby the compensation committee of the Board of Directors.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company promptly shall pay, or reimburse the Executive for for, all reasonable business, promotional, travel ordinary and entertainment necessary business expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period him in the performance of his duties hereunder including, but not limited to, expenses and dues associated with Executive’s services under this Agreementinvolvement with professional, industry, community, civic and charitable organizations, provided that the Executive furnishes to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code in a timely fashion in connection with properly accounts for all such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the in accordance with Company may from time to time reasonably requestpolicy.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall agrees to pay or to reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period Term for all reasonable, ordinary and necessary business or entertainment expenses, substantiated by receipts or other written documentation provided to the Company, incurred in the performance of the Executive’s 's services under this Agreement, provided that hereunder in accordance with the Executive furnishes to standard expense reimbursement policies or practices of the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code as may be in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may effect from time to time reasonably requesttime.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all any reasonable businessout-of-pocket business expenses, promotionalincluding for travel, travel and entertainment expenses marketing, entertaining or other similar business expenses, incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance discharge of Executive’s services the position duties under this Agreement, Agreement (“Expense”); provided that for each Expense, such Expense was incurred and the Executive furnishes to related reimbursement request was made, in compliance with the Company appropriate documentation required Company’s expense reimbursement policy in effect and supported by the Internal Revenue Code in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may from time to time reasonably requestrelevant documentation.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment business expenses properly incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance ordinary course of Executive’s services under this Agreementperforming his duties and responsibilities hereunder, provided that the Executive furnishes subject to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code Company’s normal and customary practices and policies as are in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may effect from time to time reasonably requestwith respect to travel, entertainment and other business expenses (including the Company’s reasonable requirements with respect to prior approval, reporting and documentation of such expenses).

Expense Reimbursement. The (i) During the Employment Period, the Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period him in the performance course of Executive’s services performing his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement, provided Agreement that are consistent with the Executive furnishes to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code Company's policies in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may effect from time to time reasonably requestwith respect to travel (including related travel insurance), entertainment, and other business expenses, subject to the Company's requirements with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment necessary out-of-pocket expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance of his executive duties and responsibilities hereunder, including without limitation expenses incurred for all of Executive’s services under this Agreementtravel and accommodations, provided subject to the Company’s normal policies and procedures, including without limitation, for expense verification and documentation (it being understood by the parties hereto that the Executive furnishes to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code Executive’s duties hereunder will differ in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses scope and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may intensity from time to time reasonably requestCompany’s non -executive employees).

Expense Reimbursement. The Company During the Term of Executive's employment hereunder, the Company, upon the submission of reasonable supporting documentation by the Executive, shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment expenses actually paid or incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance course of Executive’s services under this Agreement, provided that the Executive furnishes and pursuant to the Company appropriate documentation required by business of the Internal Revenue Code Company, including expenses for travel, lodging and entertainment in a timely fashion in connection accordance with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may from time to time reasonably requestCompany’s policies.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance course of performing Executive’s services duties under this Agreement, provided that Agreement in accordance with the Executive furnishes to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code Company’s policies in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may effect from time to time reasonably requestwith respect to travel, entertainment and other business expenses, and subject to the Company’s requirements applicable generally with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses and subject to the Reimbursement Rules. In order to be entitled to expense reimbursement, the Executive must be employed as Vice President, Human Resources on the date the Executive incurred the expense.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable businessand necessary travel, promotional, travel business entertainment and entertainment other business expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in connection with the performance of Executive’s services duties under this Agreement, provided that the Executive furnishes to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code in on a timely fashion basis upon submission by Executive of vouchers therefor in connection accordance with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may from time to time reasonably requestCompany’s standard procedures.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance course of performing Executive’s services duties under this Agreement, provided that Agreement in accordance with the Executive furnishes to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code Company’s policies in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may effect from time to time reasonably requestwith respect to travel, entertainment and other business expenses, and subject to the Company’s requirements applicable generally with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses and subject to the Reimbursement Rules. In order to be entitled to expense reimbursement, the Executive must be employed as Senior Vice President, Sales and Operations on the date the Executive incurred the expense.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance course of performing Executive’s services duties under this Agreement, provided that Agreement in accordance with the Executive furnishes to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code Company’s policies in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may effect from time to time reasonably requestwith respect to travel, entertainment and other business expenses, and subject to the Company’s requirements applicable generally with respect to reporting and documentation of such expenses. In order to be entitled to expense reimbursement, the Executive must be employed as Chief Executive Officer and President on the date the Executive incurred the expense.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all any reasonable businessout-of-pocket business expense, promotionalincluding for travel, travel and entertainment marketing, entertaining or other similar business expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance discharge of Executive’s services the position duties under this Agreement, Agreement (“Expense”); provided that for each Expense, such Expense was incurred and the Executive furnishes to related reimbursement request was made, in compliance with the Company appropriate documentation required Company’s expense reimbursement policy in effect and supported by the Internal Revenue Code in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may from time to time reasonably requestrelevant documentation.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall promptly reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel the ordinary and entertainment necessary business expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance of Executive’s services his duties under this AgreementAgreement in accordance with the Company’s customary practices applicable to executives, provided that the Executive furnishes to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses are incurred and accounted for in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy. Reimbursement shall furnish such other be made as soon as administratively practicable following the Executive’s submission of the necessary documentation and accounting as receipts required under the Company may from time to time reasonably requestCompany’s expense reimbursement policy.

The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment necessary expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance course of performing Executive’s services duties under this Agreement, provided that Agreement in accordance with the Executive furnishes to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code Company’s policies in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may effect from time to time reasonably requestwith respect to travel, entertainment and other business expenses.

Expense Reimbursement. The During the Employment Term, the Company, upon the submission of supporting documentation by the Executive, and in accordance with Company policies for its executives, shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment expenses actually paid or incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance course of Executive’s services under this Agreementand pursuant to the business of the Company and the Subsidiaries, provided that including a reasonable car and housing allowance, and expenses for travel and entertainment, for which the Executive furnishes to the Company appropriate documentation required shall have an expense allowance as set by the Internal Revenue Code in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may Board from time to time reasonably requesttime.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment necessary expenses incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance course of performing Executive’s services duties under this Agreement, provided that Agreement in accordance with the Executive furnishes to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code Company’s policies in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may effect from time to time reasonably request.with respect to travel, entertainment and other business expenses. Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall will reimburse the Executive in full for all reasonable and necessary business, promotional, entertainment and travel and entertainment expenses incurred or paid expended by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance of Executivethe duties hereunder in accordance with the Company’s services under this Agreement, provided that the Executive furnishes customary practices applicable to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may from time to time reasonably requestits executive officers.

Expense Reimbursement. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment business expenses properly incurred or paid by the Executive during the Employment Period in the performance ordinary course of Executive’s services under this Agreementperforming his duties and responsibilities hereunder, provided that the Executive furnishes subject to the Company appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code Company’s normal and customary practices and policies as are in a timely fashion in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may effect from time to time reasonably requestwith respect to travel. Entertainment and other business expenses (including the Company’s reasonable requirements with respect to prior approval, reporting and documentation of such expenses).
