Common use of Expense Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Expense Reimbursement. The Executive shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for all appropriate business expenses incurred by him in connection with his duties under this Agreement in accordance with the policies of the Company as in effect from time to time.

Expense Reimbursement. The Executive shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for of all appropriate business reasonable expenses incurred by him in connection with his duties under this Agreement the ordinary course of business on behalf of the Company, subject to the presentation of appropriate documentation and approved by, or in accordance with policies established by, the policies of the Company as in effect from time to timeCompany.

The Executive shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for all appropriate business expenses incurred by him in connection with his duties under this Agreement in accordance with the policies of the Company as in effect from time to time, as well as reimbursement for the costs of the Executive preparing his applicable tax returns up to $8,000 annually.

During the Term, the Company will continue to provide the Executive with an automobile or reimbursement for the costs of an automobile for business purposes, in the same capacity or amount as the Executive receives as of the Effective Date.

The Upon presentation of appropriate documentation, the Executive shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for from the Company of all appropriate reasonable business expenses incurred by him the Executive in connection with his duties under this Agreement performing services (including automobile reimbursement) hereunder, provided that such expenses shall be paid and must be incurred in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy, and any other applicable policies of the Company as in effect and procedures established from time to timetime by the Company.

The Executive shall be entitled to receive reimbursement by the Company for all appropriate reasonable business expenses incurred by him in connection with the performance of his duties under this Agreement hereunder, provided that such entitlement is conditioned upon the Executive providing the Company with appropriate documentation of such expenses in accordance with company policy set by the policies of the Company as in effect from time to timeChief Financial Officer.

Expense Reimbursement. The During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for all of the Executive’s appropriate business expenses incurred by him in connection with his the Executive’s duties under this Agreement in accordance with the policies of the Company as in effect from time to time.

Expense Reimbursement. The Executive shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for all appropriate business reasonable employment-related expenses incurred by him Executive upon the receipt by the Company of an accounting in accordance with practices, policies and procedures applicable to other employees of the Company. Executive’s reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in connection with his duties under this Agreement in accordance with the policies review of the Agreement shall be paid by the Company as in effect from time an amount not to timeexceed $10,000.

Expense Reimbursement. The Executive shall will be entitled to receive reimbursement for all appropriate business expenses properly incurred and properly documented by him Executive in connection with his performing Executive’s duties under this Agreement in accordance with the policies of the Company as in effect from time to timeAgreement.

Expense Reimbursement. The Executive shall will be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all appropriate necessary and reasonable business expenses incurred by him Executive in connection with his duties under this Agreement in accordance with the policies business of the Company, subject to Executive's compliance with expense reimbursement policies established by the Company as in effect and/or its affiliates from time to timetime and in sufficient detail to comply with Internal Revenue Service regulations.
