Expense Account. The Administrator shall instruct the Indenture Trustee to deposit funds into, and withdraw funds from, the Expense Account as set forth in Sections 5.5 and 5.6. Any funds remaining in the Expense Account upon termination of the Trust shall be distributed to the Master Servicer as additional servicing compensation.
