Exit Interview. Upon termination of Employee’s employment for any reason, Employee agrees, if requested, to participate in an exit interview with the Company and reaffirm in writing Employee’s post-employment obligations as set forth in this Agreement.
Exit Interview. Prior to Employment Separation, you shall attend an exit interview if desired by the Company and shall, in any event, inform the Company at the earliest possible time of the identity of your future employer and of the nature of your future employment.

If and when I depart from the Company, I may be required to attend an exit interview and sign an “Employee Exit Acknowledgement” to reaffirm my acceptance and acknowledgement of the obligations set forth in this Agreement. For twelve (12) months following termination of my employment, I will notify the Company of any change in my address and of each subsequent employment or business activity, including the name and address of my employer or other post-Company employment plans and the nature of my activities.
Exit Interview. Upon termination of employment with the Company, the Executive agrees to participate in an exit interview with representatives of the Company to discuss the Executive’s continuing obligations under this Agreement.
Exit Interview. A nurse shall, if he or she so requests, be granted an interview upon the termination of the nurse’s employment.
Exit Interview. Upon termination or expiration of the Agreement, Executive agrees to participate in an exit interview with the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company or their designee, wherein they will review the obligations under this Agreement and Executive will ask any questions that he may have at that time concerning whether information that he was exposed in connection with this Agreement is considered confidential by the Company. Executive agrees that he will inform the Company at that time of any employer with whom he has accepted employment as well as the position in which he will be employed. Executive agrees to return all property in his possession belonging to the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate, including all written or printed materials, keys, cards, equipment, cars, and any other item that is the property of the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate. Executive specifically authorizes the Company to deduct from his paycheck any amounts due the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate, such as charges for the Company’s property damaged or not returned to the Company when requested, and any unapproved charges incurred by Executive and payable by the Company.
Exit Interview. To ensure a clear understanding of this Agreement, including but not limited to the protection of Employer's business interests, Employee agrees, at no additional expense to Employee, to engage in an exit interview with Employer at a time and place as may be reasonably designated by Employer.

To insure a clear understanding of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the protection of the Company's and the Parent's business interests, Employee agrees, at no additional expense to the Company and the Parent, at a mutually acceptable time and place to engage in an exit interview with the Company and the Parent prior to Employee's departure from the Company and the Parent.
Exit Interview. Upon any termination of his employment with the Company and upon request, Executive agrees to participate in an exit interview conducted by designated personnel and to provide a signed statement that all Company materials and property have been returned to the Company.
Exit Interview. Employee agrees that upon termination of Employee's employment for any reason, Employee shall participate in an exit interview with Company personnel. At or prior to the time of this interview Employee shall deliver to the Company all notes, data, reference materials, sketches, drawings, memoranda, correspondence, manuals, letters, notebooks, reports, programs, proposals, or any other documents, whether in written, electronic or other media, concerning the Company's Business or incorporating or reflecting any of the Confidential Information or Work Product. Employee agrees that, upon request, Employee will execute a sworn statement that Employee has complied with the terms of this Paragraph, and that should Employee fail to execute such a statement the Company may withhold any and all amounts due to Employee for any reason, except minimum compensation required by law.
