Common use of Exemption from Clause in Contracts

Exemption from. Liens The securities and other assets held by the Custodian for the Fund shall be subject to no lien or charge of any kind in favor of the Custodian or any person claiming through the Custodian, but nothing herein shall be deemed to deprive the Custodian of its right to invoke any and all remedies available at law or equity to collect amounts due it under this Agreement.
