Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project, through the Health Ministry, various Line Ministries and Agencies and Provincial Health Authorities, with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate education, environmental and social, health, sanitary, administrative, financial and technical practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project, Project through the Health Ministry, various Line Ministries and Agencies and Provincial Health Authorities, its Ministry of Finance with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with the Project Implementation Plan and appropriate education, environmental and social, health, sanitary, administrative, financial financial, and technical practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project, through the Health Ministry, various Line Ministries and Agencies and Provincial Health Authorities, Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate education, environmental and social, health, sanitary, administrative, financial financial, engineering, managerial, resettlement, social and technical environmental practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, without any limitation or restriction upon any of its other obligations under this Agreement, shall carry out the Project, Project through the Health Ministry, various Line Ministries and Agencies and Provincial Health Authorities, its Ministry of Education; with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate education, environmental and social, health, sanitary, administrative, financial management, financial, engineering and technical education practices, and sound social and environment standards acceptable to the Association; and shall provide, and shall cause to be provided, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

(a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the ProjectProject through EPC/TS, through together with the Health Ministry, various Line Ministries Recipient’s Ministry of Lands and Agencies and Provincial Health AuthoritiesNatural Resources, with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate education, administrative and financial practices and with due regard to ecological and environmental and social, health, sanitary, administrative, financial and technical practicesfactors, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

(a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through MINITERE, and with respect to some components of the Project, through with the Health Ministry, various Line Ministries and Agencies and Provincial Health Authoritiesparticipation of MINAGRI, with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate educationtechnical, administrative and financial practices and with due regard to ecological and environmental and social, health, sanitary, administrative, financial and technical practicesfactors, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project, Project through the Health Ministry, various Line Ministries and Agencies and Provincial Health Authorities, Recipient’s Department of Internal Administration with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate educationadministrative, environmental and socialagricultural, healthengineering, sanitary, administrativeenvironmental, financial and technical social practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 1 to this Agreement, the Joint Project Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project, through Project in accordance with the Health Ministry, various Line Ministries and Agencies and Provincial Health Authorities, Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 2 to the Joint Project Agreement with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate education, administrative and financial practices and with due regard to ecological and environmental and social, health, sanitary, administrative, financial and technical practicesfactors, and shall provideprovide promptly, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project, through the Health Ministry, various Line Ministries and Agencies and Provincial Health Authorities, Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate education, environmental and social, health, sanitary, administrative, financial financial, engineering, environmental, and technical practices, practices and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

To this end, without any limitation or restriction upon any of its other obligations under the Financing Agreement, shall carry cause the Project to be carried out by the Project, through Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the Health Ministry, various Line Ministries and Agencies and Provincial Health Authorities, with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate education, environmental and social, health, sanitary, administrative, financial and technical practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, provisions of Article IV of the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the ProjectGeneral Conditions.

(a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project Project, as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project, through the Health Ministry, various Line Ministries and Agencies and Provincial Health Authorities, Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate education, environmental and social, health, sanitary, administrative, agricultural, environmental, and financial and technical practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project, through the Health Ministry, various Line Ministries and Agencies and Provincial Health Authorities, Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate education, environmental and social, health, sanitary, administrative, financial engineering, technical and technical environmental practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, Agreement and, to this end, end (i) shall carry out Parts A, B.2 and C of the ProjectProject through ANME and (ii) shall carry out Part B.1 of the Project through SOTUGAR, through the Health Ministry, various Line Ministries and Agencies and Provincial Health Authorities, all with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate educationenergy efficiency, environmental, financial, technical and administrative practices and with due regard to ecological and environmental and social, health, sanitary, administrative, financial and technical practicesfactors, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project, through the Health Ministry, various Line Ministries and Agencies and Provincial Health Authorities, Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate education, environmental and social, health, sanitary, administrative, financial financial, technical and technical educational practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

(a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out Part B of the ProjectProject through NEPA, CIB and the Financial Institutions, and Part A of the Project through the Health Ministry, various Line Ministries and Agencies and Provincial Health Authorities, Subproject Beneficiaries (as provided herein) with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate education, environmental and social, health, sanitary, administrative, financial financial, and technical practicesengineering practices and with due regard to ecological and environmental factors, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project, Project through the Health Ministry, various Line Ministries and Project Implementing Agencies and Provincial Health Authorities, with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with the Project Implementation Manual and appropriate education, environmental and social, health, sanitary, administrativeenvironmental, financial and technical practicesadministrative practices and with due regard to ecological and environmental factors, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

(a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 1 to this the Joint Project Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project, through Project in accordance with the Health Ministry, various Line Ministries and Agencies and Provincial Health Authorities, implementation Program set forth in Schedule 2 to the Joint Project Agreement with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate education, administrative and financial practices and with due regard to ecological and environmental and social, health, sanitary, administrative, financial and technical practicesfactors, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

(a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out Part C.3 of the Project, through the Health Ministry, various Line Ministries and Agencies and Provincial Health Authorities, Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate education, environmental and social, health, sanitaryenvironmental, administrative, and financial and technical practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

(a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project, through the Health Ministry, various Line Ministries and Agencies and Provincial Health Authorities, Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate educationadministrative, agricultural, engineering and financial practices and with due regard to ecological, environmental and social, health, sanitary, administrative, financial and technical practicessocial factors, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.
