Common use of Execution of Documents Clause in Contracts

Execution of Documents. In connection with this Section 11, Executive further agrees to execute, acknowledge and deliver to the Company or its nominee upon request (at its expense) all such documents, including applications for patents and copyrights and assignments of inventions, patents and copyrights to be issued therefore, as the Company may determine necessary or desirable to apply for and obtain letters, patents and copyrights on such Assignable Inventions and such Works in any and all countries and/or to protect the interest of the Company or its nominee in such inventions, such Works, patents and copyrights, and to vest title thereto in the Company, or its nominee.

Execution of Documents. In connection with this Section 119, Executive further agrees to execute, acknowledge and deliver to the Company Corporation or its nominee upon request (at its expense) all such documents, including applications for patents and copyrights and assignments of inventions, patents and copyrights to be issued therefore, as the Company Corporation may determine necessary or desirable to apply for and obtain letters, patents and copyrights on such Assignable Inventions and such Works in any and all countries and/or to protect the interest of the Company Corporation or its nominee in such inventionsInventions, such Works, patents and copyrights, and to vest title thereto in the Company, Corporation or its nominee.

In connection with this Section 1110, Executive Employee further agrees to execute, acknowledge and deliver to the Company or its nominee upon request (at its expense) all such documents, including applications for patents and copyrights and assignments of inventions, patents and copyrights to be issued therefore, as the Company may determine necessary or desirable to apply for and obtain letters, patents and copyrights on such Assignable Inventions and such Works in any and all countries and/or to protect the interest of the Company or its nominee in such inventions, such Works, patents and copyrights, and to vest title thereto in the Company, or its nominee.
