Ethical Standards. 7.8.1 Within 90 days after the Effective Date, DB Contractor shall adopt written policies establishing ethical standards of conduct applicable to all DB Contractor- Related Entities, including DB Contractor’s supervisory and management personnel, in dealing with: (a) TxDOT and the Program Manager and (b) employment relations.
