EROSION CONTROL MEASURES. 1. The Developer shall cause all grading, excavation, open cuts, side slopes and other land surface disturbances to be so seeded and mulched, sodded or otherwise protected that erosion, siltation, sedimentation and washing are prevented in accordance with the plans and specifications reviewed and approved by the City Engineer, the State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, and Army Corps of Engineers, if applicable.
