Equipment Operators. 8.1 Neither the Lessor, nor any of its parent, affiliates or subsidiaries, nor any of their respective directors, officers, employees or agents, shall be held responsible for any loss, costs, expenses or damages that may arise from the performance or non-performance of any services provided by the Lessor employees or freelance personnel which the Lessor may from time to time furnish or engage on behalf of the Lessee to operate the Equipment (“Equipment Operators”) as such services may be included in the description of Equipment in any Reservation. All Equipment Operators shall for all legal purposes and effect be constituted employees of the Lessee, working at the Lessee’s responsibility.
