Common use of Entire Agreement and Amendment Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement and Amendment. This Agreement and the Plan constitute the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the Restricted Stock Units, and all prior oral and written representations are merged in this Agreement and the Plan. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, this Agreement shall not in any way affect the terms and provisions of the Plan.
