Common use of Entire Agreement and Amendment Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement and Amendment. 4.1 This Agreement and all agreements and/or documents referred to or expressly contained herein shall constitute an entire agreement among the Parties in respect of the subject matter of this Agreement and supersede all prior oral and written agreements, contracts, understandings and communications among the Parties in relation to the subject matter of this Agreement.
