Common use of Engagement of Independent Review Organization Clause in Contracts

Engagement of Independent Review Organization. Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Provider shall engage a lawyer, law firm, or consulting firm (the “Independent Review Organization” or “IRO”) that meets the qualifications and requirements outlined in Appendix A to this CIA, which is incorporated by reference, to perform the reviews described in this Section III.E.‌
